For their first ever Family Engagement activity, the Lions classroom did “Parent and Me” flowerpots! This activity promoted the children’s ability to learn the different parts of a flower and refined their small muscle skills as it engages the family to share in a fun learning art activity. They used their own hands to create the leaves, fingertips for petals, before cutting and gluing on a flowerpot to pull the whole look together!
