This month the elephant room has been focusing on colors, shapes, and imaginative play. During circle time we learn about new shapes and add them to our shape wall. We describe the shape, name the shape and try to air draw the shape. The kids enjoy learning new shapes and pointing them out to their friends and parents in the morning. The students also enjoy singing about colors, pointing to colors and saying what color it is. Students had a roaring good time pretending to be their favorite animal as we made animal masks using different shapes and colors!
