We’ve had a great start to Pre-K this September month in the Bear Room!! We’ve been learning about so many FUNdamental things in the classroom like our schedule of the day and all the exciting things we get to do! Our friends have been using their manners by saying “please”, “thank you” or “no thank” and making sure we respect everyone around us. Our friends have been using more independence and feel like such big kids! Our biggest focus this month has been name recognition, identifying the letters in our name, and practicing writing them. One of our friend’s favorite parts of the day is Choice Time where each child gets to choose which center they would like to explore. We’ve taken some photos of our Choice Time to show you how much fun we have and how good our sharing and collaborating skills have been! We’re so proud of how far they’ve come already and look forward to all the growth that’s to come this school year!
